Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products or there is a shipping error on your order, CONTACT US within 30 days of delivery to make arrangements to return the unused portion or incorrect product and we will happily give you a refund for the returned, unopened product or exchange the product for you. Please note, shipping charges for the return may be assessed and deducted from the total refund.
Heat Sensitive Items: Please keep in mind that shipments may be exposed to extreme heat while in transit. When placing your order, keep in mind that while temperatures in your area may not be overly warm, the areas your order travel through may be experiencing extreme heat. The aforementioned returns policy does not pertain to items marked heat sensitive. These are items we cannot guarantee from melting due to weather conditions during transit. As such, we will not issue credits, refunds or replacements/exchanges for melted heat sensitive items.
Shipping Options
Please note we are not able to process multiple Ship To addresses, or split shipments, within a single order. To split up an order, please place separate orders for each delivery address. Minimum order quantity must be met per Ship To address.
Shipping to the Continental US:
All orders usually ship with in 3-5 business days. Please note that due to supply chain and labor shortages, fulfillment times may be longer than usual. To request expedited shipping service, please contact our office at 1-800-459–6420 between 8 AM and 2 PM PST. Once tracking information is available we will send you an email with the shipping carrier information and tracking number.
